Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged a flat rate of £3.99.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for £6.99 (order must be placed before 1pm Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. We do not currently ship internationally.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@vanst.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid returns label within 2 working days.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
